Iron Protocol — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Short version: Iron Protocol collects nothing. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no server that stores your information. Everything the app knows about you stays on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data or usage data. The app has no login and no user accounts.

Data that stays on your device

Your progress — your streak, rank, workout history, story choices, reminder time, and equipment settings — is stored only on your device (in the app's local storage). It never leaves your phone and we cannot see it. Deleting the app removes it.

Notifications

If you turn on daily reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's notification system. No reminder is sent from a server, and no information about you is transmitted to enable them.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you allow it, Iron Protocol writes a completed workout to the Apple Health app so it can count toward your Activity rings and Fitness goals. This data is handled entirely by Apple Health on your device. Iron Protocol does not read, store, transmit, or use Health data for any other purpose, and never uses it for advertising.

Children

Iron Protocol does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
